Speaker, radio show host, Emmy-winning TV news anchor, mom and cancer survivor.

From politics, to parenting, to cancer and meditation, I cover it all on my show for WCCO radio.

I’ve been on the air for almost three decades. I started my career as a beat news reporter, then medical reporter and over a couple of decades and many markets worked to become an Emmy award winning television news anchor. In 2009 I joined Paul Douglas to help launch his new weather television network called “Weather Nation TV” as their VP of Programming. Then I was offered my own talk show at WCCO-Radio in the Twin Cities. Honesty, authenticity, personal improvement and fun are the tenets of my work and life.

My show and insta are a home for life lessons and stories of resilience. I am so grateful for the opportunity to reach hundreds of thousands of listeners, readers and followers who share the same goals of being brave, more knowledgeable and becoming a better person, better parent, better child, better employee, and better citizen of the world.

Finding Your Moments of Clarity, my presentation allows listeners to dig deep into their experiences to identify life changing pivots that have molded their past decisions. I offers clear steps to identify future ‘moments of clarity’ that will give them confidence to make the next right move.

I look forward to working with you and helping motivate people to be on their true career, personal and spiritual paths.
